As much as I would love to see Trump sued (again), I don't see a major case here. While it is true that red leather soles have become a Louboutin trademark, red rubber sneaker soles can also be found on Nikes. And yes, the dreadful Melania does favor these French shoes, and while there is nothing wrong with Louboutins, there is something very wrong with an American First Lady choosing to almost never wear American attire.
