Excellent piece, Amy. I used to be an Independent, but because of Trump, I am now what you call a "yellow dog Democrat." While the Dems sometimes verge on silly and wimpy political correctness, the Republicans, for the most part, no longer exist, and have been replaced by Trumpists, followers of a Bizarro amoral sociopath.
