Excellent piece, Empress. I have to ponder most of your points. That said, white folk, such as myself, do have the most problematic skin. White skin is faster to wrinkle and more likely to develop skin cancers than Black skin, but I don't understand why Asians, with less melanin than Blacks, also generally don't wrinkle badly. I should ask a dear friend, who is a Black woman plastic surgeon. Black women saved the world from Trump in 2020 and I pray that this time, Black men do the same.
