I agree. I enjoyed "Barbie," but as a piffle, not an important filmed event. And comedies almost never win big at the Academy. Margot Robbie's acting was much more award-worthy in "I, Tonya" than in "Barbie." And not only could Doris Day dance and sing, she was one of the greatest jazz singers of her era. And a terrific actress, who never won an Oscar.
