I am so sorry, Gerald. This is just horrible. (I am going through something similar with an established bank, where someone stole my rent check from a postal box, washed it, and made it out to a hair salon in another state. The bank reimbursed me and then decided too much time had gone by and removed the funds....the dispute has been going on since October.) But your situation is far worse because you need heat.
