I dunno, Roz. I normally have no problem with kids in restaurants, but last month, I was in a lovely bistro where two women were accompanied by a baby that never stopped screaming. It was a nice afternoon and I dared suggest that one of the women take the baby outside for a walk, but the two preferred to sit and gossip as the baby wailed.
