I hope your nose and lungs are clearing and you don't strike anyone with a snotball, Malky. Here in the US, it seems all doctors are telling all patients that they are low in Vitamin D. They even did it to my sister who engages in triathlons and is always outside biking, swimming, and running. And she's something of a hypochondriac, so she believes them.
