I'm open to all forms of art, but admit I'm always intrigued by seeing traces of the human hand. Yesterday, I visited the terrific exhibition, "New York: 1962-64" at the Jewish Museum, and was noting the erasures and irregularities on a wonderful Roy Lichtenstein, a painting that from the distance looks machine-generated, but up close reeks of homo sapien energy.
