I'm sick of political correctness, but annoyed that age has become the one area that comedians continue to joke about. Interesting, though, that the two most likely candidates for US President, hover around the 80 mark. But ageism is a real thing; maybe we should learn from the Japanese who revere their elders. The American attitude of stockpiling older folk in special places rather than keeping them home with their families is appalling.
