Maybe your aunt and uncle were immature and self centered but maybe they became more generous and understanding with time and parenthood. Were your uncle and aunt very young? Did they think the meal was just for them? If it only happened once, your grandmother should have buried the hatchet and tried her daughter-in-law's cooking.
