Oh, Mehmet, I am so sorry you are going through this. I don't believe we have a similar mental health service in the US, just suicide prevention lines. I get about a half dozen scam calls a day: fake credit card companies, fake banks, fake Internal Revenue Service-a governmental agency, fake Microsoft, etc. Fortunately, my cellular usually catches them and my phone offers the display: Scam Likely.
