For example, he promised a beautiful statue that was affxed to the old Bonwit Teller building to the Metropolitan Museum, and then had illegal Polish workers come at night and blow it to bits to speed up building the garish Trump Tower. For a hotel/country club, he ordered pianos from a Mom and Pop music dealer and after they were delivered, he then refused to pay the store what he owed. Etc. Etc. Five Black teens were falsely accused of raping a woman in the park and he took out an ad in the New York Times asking for the death penalty. And after they were exonerated and the real rapist confessed, he couldn't even apologize. This and that and a million other misdeeds. A real sociopath. "The Economist" considers the possibility of his reelection the worst possible threat to the world in 2024.
