Thanks for this, Linda. Years ago I had been surprised to learn that Margaret Hamilton was both quite young (mid 30s) and a very petite woman when she played the witch. I didn't know that "Sesame Street" history. It must have devastated her. I also remember her as a nice lady on coffee commercials.
