That is true, Vishnu. But they do get a few shots, even if they are initially wooden or overacting. Sometimes, they learn on the job, an opportunity that few others are granted. I just watched "Maestro" (quite good) and felt that the pretty daughter was miscast; she seemed too mature. I checked her name in the credits and read Maya Hawke. I googled her and she's the daughter of Uma Thurman and Ethen Hawke. And apparently has been good in some other roles. I also noticed her first appearance was in a Quentin Tarrantino film...and because her mother starred in "Pulp Fiction" and the "Kill Bills", Maya probably had an easy time getting that role.
