This is a brilliant piece, Frances (aside from your dog dig). Much to ponder here. Not only is Vivek Ramaswamy disingenuous in his comments about U.S. STEM skills, etc., but he also fails to mention his own blind loyalty to a man with no STEM skills (other than having an uncle who was a physicist) , or any academic or cultural interests, a man who has never, to anyone's recollection, even read a novel for pleasure. Vivek himself may have impressive degrees, but if he used his education, he wouldn't be parroting every possible conspiracy theory. And pushing for Drill Drill Drill with the very real threat being the destruction of our beautiful blue planet.
