This is an interesting piece, Hogan. I feel terrible for the wealthy in Pacific Palisades and Malibu, but also for the middle class folk in Alta Dena. The rich may be able to buy new homes more readily than the others, but all of them lost photographs and history. What happened to the two guys and a dog?
