Very well done piece, Yana, but I have to say that what I most like about writing on Medium is not having a niche. For many years, I covered arts for various hard copy publications, but I am enjoying my eclecticism here. And yes, I'm certain sticking to a niche would be more profitable for me. (But less fun!)
