Wonderful summary of your learning and teaching. I was wondering if you have a designated time of day when you write. Also, I've noticed that you mix hot and cold showers before bed, but I recall your taking hot Epson salt baths before bed. Which do you find preferable? (I know I find the baths more pleasurable!)
