Wow! This must have been a slog, watching all the Madonna oeuvre. It's a very thoughtful and well written piece, Brigid. I once saw Madonna in a David Mamet play on Broadway, "Speed the Plow". She wasn't terrible, just ordinary. If she hadn't been Madonna, I would have forgotten her performance entirely.#BORC
